OnviSource Offers Free Pilot Program of its Explora Speech Analytics Product

OnviSource announced the launch of a pilot program for their integratedSpeech Analytics software, Explora.  Call centers wanting to "trybefore they buy" can use Explora to automatically analyze the customerinteraction calls and produce actionable knowledge for their qualityassurance, compliance management, training, sales and marketingopportunity detection and business intelligence — all in a fraction ofthe time it would take to manually perform these tasks.

Pilotprogram participants can verify their own applications and test theproduct with complete support from OnviSource.  Support includesassistance with system setup, guidance for conducting queries and dataanalysis to ensure that users realize the potential of speech analyticsin their environment.  Additionally, participants are not obligated topurchase Explora.
