OnviSource Integrates of Explora Speech Analytics with OnviCord WFO

OnviSource announced the integration of Explora speech analytics with their OnviCord Workforce Optimization (WFO) suite of softwaresolutions, including call recording, quality assurance, screen capture,and workforce management applications.
