1Call Adds Sales Staff; Exhibits at Cisco Live 2011
The 1Call Division of Amtelco announced the addition of three sales representatives to the healthcare and higher education sales team.
In other news, Amtelco exhibited at Cisco Live 2011, held July 10-14 in Las Vegas. Amtelco is a Cisco Registered Developer Technology Partner, providing call center software solutions to a variety of markets, with a focus on healthcare. Amtelco showed a number of software solutions to Cisco Live attendees, including the SIP-based soft agent intelligent console.
Amtelco uses Cisco’s SIP and CTIOS tools to integrate with Cisco’s Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions, providing Cisco-based enterprises with access to Amtelco’s suite of call center solutions. Amtelco develops communications solutions for a variety of markets, including healthcare, education, commercial call center, TAS, government, and military.
