Startel Corporation’s new secure messaging application stores protected health information (PHI) securely on mobile devices, encrypts PHI messages during transmission, and protects messages upon delivery. Distinguishing itself from many other applications, secure messaging also enables secure, peer-to-peer communication between smartphones.
